This role involves managing and enhancing our online presence by creating and scheduling engaging content across all social media platforms.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and a knack for connecting with audiences online.
Responsibilities:
Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing compelling content on our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
Monitor social media trends and incorporate them into our content strategy to boost engagement.
Interact with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner, fostering a strong online community.
Track and analyze the performance of our social media campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals.
Assist in organizing and promoting events through our social media platforms.
Monitor online reviews and respond to each review in a timely and respectful manner.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Proficiency in using social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of social media trends and analytics.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Knowledge of basic graphic design tools (e.
g.
, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
High level of organization and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
