Medical Laboratory Supervisor

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 2 years experience overseeing a lab
Ability to manage all aspects of laboratory
Family practice experience a plus
Expertise in phlebotomy
EMR proficient (Allscripts preferred)
Qualified to run QA/QC measurements
Manage the ordering of both in house and send out labs
Engage with laboratory supply vendors
Ability to work 40 hours per week M-F
This is a mid-manager position and will require someone with excellent management skills. Upon securing the position, we will train pair you with the current MLT for total training. We need someone with a positive attitude, who is a team player and can function in a high energy/fast paced practice. Applicants must have strong work ethic and pays high attention to detail.
